Static rep resources

Static Reps are the bridge between the Mod Team and Your Team. They are usually, but not always leaders who take on a more active role in the team’s organization.

Learn more about Team changes. This includes adding/ removing players but also placing holds and changing member status to "Honorary Member".

All SG statics begin as “Progression Statics.” Here you learn and progress as a team. We do not have trainers and trainees, but teams where players work together to learn each fight, mentor each other, and become better raiders.

Good communication is the key to a successful static. While many teams tend to settle on one or two main “leaders,” every single member should actively work to grow and make their static the best possible. Discuss decisions about raid strategies, goals, expectations, adding new members together as a group.
