Leveling up your static

All SG statics begin as “Progression Statics.” Here you learn and progress as a team. We do not have trainers and trainees, but teams where players work together to learn each fight, mentor each other, and become better raiders. Specific encounter experiences are not strictly necessary to join a Progression Static. However, all players should adhere to our Player Expectations and take responsibility to learn as much as possible outside of static time. Most Progression Statics have a range of individual and group experience levels from brand new to raiding, to veteran players. Our “Experienced Level” statics are teams which have proven their baseline knowledge and efficiency of clearing bosses under the target [Green Times]. “ Experienced” isn’t where improvement ends and members should continue to learn new roles and strategies, but with the understanding that basic encounter knowledge has been met.  

All SG teams start as “Progression Level.” To upgrade to Experienced Level, you will need to submit logs showing successfully boss clears within set target times, aka “green times.” You can find each time on your static’s official roster sheet (linked in your team’s channel header). Logs Qualify for “Green Time” under the following conditions:

• 8/10 statics members must be present for Raid/Strike CM times
• 4/ 5 static members must be present for Fractal CM times
• Emboldened Mode Turned off
• No beta characters used
• No exploits used

Achieved all your "Green Times?" Firstly, your static should notify us in ⁠💚︱static-requests so that we can upgrade you to Experienced Status. Afterwards, take a poll and discuss what you would like to do next. Some examples include:

• Staying as a regular Experienced static
• Upgrading to CM progression
• Changing content focus
  • Example Hot -> PoF

The choice is entirely up to each static.Sometimes Statics choose to reset all their times and roll back to Progression Level. Going back to Progression should never been seen as a punishment. There are many Progression statics which still full clear in one session. Often times, a reset is used to more accurately reflect the state of the team to new members for a variety of reasons such as:

• Massive Roster turnover and old logs don't reflect the current roster
  • Ex. rebuilding a static
• Significant performance drop as an Experienced static
  • To better reflect your current performance level
• Wanting to openly recruit less experienced players
• Any other reason not listed above
