Static Organisation
3 Rep System
Burnout out is very real amongst static leaders. To prevent this and not place all responsibilities on one person, we recommend each team elect THREE Static Representatives. Together working as a team, you can share the burden of various tasks inside the static. This also allows for multiple eyes and points of contact when players are added/removed from your team; reducing the risk of anything being missed.
Examples of ways you could break down tasks:
- Log Uploading/Analyzing
- Finding Fills
- Recruiting Members
- Developing Team Compositions and Strategies
- Tagging up and getting voice channels ready
- In Raid jobs such as:
- Shot calling
- Placing Markers
- Organizing Subgroups
More than anything else, we encourage reps to communicate and work together to make their statics the best statics they can be.
Attendance and Roster Tracking
Each static has their own method for tracking attendance and creating their roster compositions. Some have strict role assignments for each player, while others are more freeform. It's important to find the method which works best for your team.
Here are some resources to help you organize and manage your team.
