About the role

Static Reps are the bridge between the Mod Team and Your Team. They are usually, but not always leaders who take on a more active role in the team’s organization. More importantly (and mainly), they are the public faces of the static who handle communications with new recruits, request roster changes, communicate with the Mod team on issues, and any other duties they wish to take on within their statics.

• Access to ✨︱static-reps where you can chat with other teams and ask for advice on any issues your team may be having; gameplay or interpersonal related.
• Access to 🧞︱team-changes and receive pings when players are added/removed from your team
• Access to the in-game guild rank which allows you to drop ascended feasts from the guild stash for your runs.

Players DO NOT have to be highly experienced raiders to take on this role. Likewise, teams should not expect Static Reps to be their sole leaders/main contributors towards the static’s growth and affairs.
