Roster Management
Discord: Team Changes Channel
All official changes to a team's roster will be recorded in 鈦狆煣烇副team-changes by either an Officer or Moderator. Static reps have access to this channel and will receive ping notifications when any updates are made to a team's roster, experience status, focus type, start time, etc.
Adding a Players & Holds
To add a player to your team:
- Create a post in 鈦狆煉氾副static-requests using this template
- Make sure to add a TAG to your post. You can't post without one.
- Active, NA/EU, Raids, Fractals, etc.
- Include @ PlayerName
- To expedite the process: ensure the player has filled out:
HOLDS
HOLDs can be used to reserve spots on a team's roster for future players. Static reps may request a HOLD be placed on an empty roster spot at any time. This is usually done while trialing a potential member, or while actively recruiting for the spot when the team has specific goals or requirements. To place a HOLD, Static Reps can make a post in 鈦狆煉氾副static-requests :
- Remember to add a TAG to your post for it to go through
Static Recruitment
Static Reps are able to create a post in 鈦狆煉欙副static-recruitment to advertise any open spots on their team. We recommend writing a short about section outlining the vibe, teams goals, any requirements (Reminder: We do not allow asking for KP or logs, with some exceptions made for HTCM and Febe CM statics), wishlists for future players, etc.
Teams are welcome to do an informal trial run with any future members to ensure they are a good fit.
Removing Players
To remove a player from your team:
- Create a post in 鈦狆煉氾副static-requests
Sometimes you need to remove a player because they are not a good fit for the static socially, experience level, etc. We recommend sending in a 鈦狆煋副support ticket to request the removal of a player if there are any potential conflicts involved. Be respectful of the humans behind the screen. Some requests are better to be made privately than publicly.
No call/no show: When removing a player using this rule please exercise judgement and attempt to contact the player in good faith. Sometimes life happens, and the 24hr rule should be flexible.
Honorary Member
The Honorary Member role can be given to players who have been an active member of your static for 6+ months. This special role gives members access to the team's channel, while being removed officially from the roster. It is intended for players who want to keep in touch and still engage socially with their former static friends.
It is NOT given to players to designate them as an "official fill," temporary member/placeholder, or extra team member to exceed the 5/10 player roster limit.
