Arc dps is the most commonly used DPS meter in GW2. It allows you to track performance of your group during the encounter. Commonly you will see players run a variety of windows on their screen displaying DPS to boss, break bar damage done and more.

Wingman is a website that allows you to really get into the details of the logs you create during your clears as well as compare yourself and the clears you do to others. You will find various metrics here about your logs, like who failed what mechanic when, what is the exact skill order you used during the clear, what was your boon uptime etc. It is however, not only a website to inspect your own logs, but also to get a general impression about what is "meta", what classes, compositions, rotations etc. other people are using, and what works best/is most popular. On top of that it has a large selection of leaderboards with different criteria that allows you to compare your clears to others and find out what you or your static could do better next time.

Contrary to what the name suggests this is not really a mod, it is an overlay that exists as a hub for other applications to be loaded from. Examples are:

Blish hud quite similar to nexus mod is a hub for other applications to be loaded from. It has many of the same functionality's but it is older so it will have quite some tools that are still being worked on by Nexus mod. Some of the examples are
