Join/Create a Static

To join any static first fill out:

• Raid/Strike Form - for raid and strike statics
• Fractal Form - for fractal statics

Navigate to Statics on the website and filter to preference.

See one that fits what you’re looking for? Awesome!

If you found the static on the website, click the apply button and it will take you to the 💚︱static-requests channel where you can post to join the static.

To apply to a static Create a new Post in ⁠💚︱static-requests:

• Click "New Post" at the top right of the channel
• Start your title with [Team Name] and type Join request after it
• For the message: start your message with "@TeamName" and Tell the team a bit about yourself, your experience, and what classes you like to play.
• Use the correct tags "EU" or "NA" and "Fractals" or "Raids/Strikes"
• If in doubt you can browse the channel to find a similar message you are trying to write and use it as a guideline.

After any trial runs and/or the Static Representative approve your request, an Officer or Moderator will place you on the team asap.

If you need to leave your team for any reason, that’s okay! Simply let them/one of your reps know. Your rep can either request the removal, or you can create a post in ⁠💚︱static-requests using this format:

If you have been a member of that static for 6+months, you can also ask to be given the Honorary Member role. This role is given to players who can’t commit to being a full member anymore, but want to keep their access to the discord channel and stay in touch with friends. This role is NOT given out to members who wish to be “part time” or an “on call fill.”

To create a brand new static in SG or help find other players interested in one:

• Create a Post in: 💚︱static-requests.

*State Server (NA/EU), Start Time/Day, Content Focus

To get your static officially created, make sure that you have met the following requirements before pinging a Moderator :

• Have the minimum amount of players lined up and ready to go:
  • HoT/PoF/Eod CMs: 6 players
  • Fractal CMs: 4 players
  • HTCM/Febe: Due to how intense the prog for these encounters can be, we require a full team of 10 players, and at least 2 volunteers to be Static Representative.

If you have enough members already lined up, perfect! Simply ping them in the post and ensure everyone has filled out:

• Raid/Strike Form ︱ Fractal Form
