Band is a team of PoF veterans with a bunch of filthy true neutrals that have never had to rely on random.org to decide our roles. We recently moved from CM Prog to Prog to learn new roles. Our goal is to get right back into Experienced and CM Progression with our new roles. Overall, we're pretty relaxed and welcome anyone who wants to learn and practice new roles.
